We do not collect medical or health information through this website. Any health details relevant to a treatment are discussed privately with you in person during your consultation.

We use the information you provide only to:

• Respond to your enquiry;
• Arrange a consultation or appointment; and
• Provide the information or treatment you've asked about.

Our lawful basis for this is your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We will not use your details for marketing without your separate consent.

Who processes your information

Our enquiry form is delivered using Formspree, a third-party service that processes and forwards your message to us. Your form data passes through Formspree's systems, which may be located outside the UK. Formspree processes this data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. If you choose to book through our booking partner Faces (facesconsent.com), your booking and consent information is handled by Faces under their own privacy policy.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not profile visitors. We don't embed third-party content that tracks you. The "Get Directions" link simply opens Google Maps in a new tab if you choose to use it.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to arrange your treatment. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights
